I think a representative from FC should post what is actually going on with the company. For a while it seemed that every other post in the implements forum pertained to FC. Now you seldom see them.

The first sign that something was amiss was when posters started complaining about failure of FC to contact them.

I am sure that their attachments are first rate from the posts made by those who own them but it does seem that has changed.

We have had a continuous implements order flow with First Choice all fall and winter since introducing the products at our website last summer.

We try to respond to all FC and other email withnin 24 hours.

We visit the FC Hdqtrs office and warehouse at Wlson, NC on a weekly basis to pick up implements for retail and stock orders.

All seems well there to me.
Nice clean operator with goods hard working folks helping dealers serve thier customers.
Great stock of implements ready to ship.
Lots of color selections.
I know of zero customer complaints about the product price, quality, value or performance.

Several other dealers in our vicinity are, too, enjoying offering the FC products as well.

We'll be happy to assist you anyway we can.
Just email info@carverequipment.com with your equipment questions and/or orders.

Best wishes,
Steve

I live in PA and FC might be good at getting back to dealers but they sure don't get back to individuals ( at least in my case). I have tried to contact them on several occasions. Trying to find a local dealer to eliminate the freight cost and hassle.

FC should post what is actually going on with the company.

Hi Dave-I agree with Steve Carver--all seems perfectly normal at FC--I talk with them weekly and have regular deliveries with no interuption in supply--we have plenty of FC inventory and parts backup for most FC implements (Over $150,000)--I think most Mfgrs/distributors had rather see the retail dealers handle the selling and promotion and let the Mfgr/distributor concentrate on producing/distributing--Makes sense to me??--Ken Sweet

Since Hawkline is now selling most of the same lines it likely will mean better efficiency on distribution on Sicma products because Hawkline is in Ohio and not Wilson, NC. The same part can be shipped regular UPS to more locations with next day service, not extra charges, with Hawkline than FC. Location, Location,Location

Since Hawkline is now selling most of the same lines

Mark--What other lines would Hawkline be selling that is the same as FC, other than the Sicma??--Ken Sweet
