I too experienced issues with 2 of my local LS Dealers in trying to get service manuals. They only provided a free operators manual via flash drive. They would not give me a full service manual for my XR4046. Since its out of warranty, I will no longer bring to dealers. I had the same dreaded regen shutdown in where the dealer said I needed to replace both emissions canister/regeneration pump plus ECU to the tune of $4500, of course I refused, I already paid an enormous amount for the tractor in the first place. Watched a video on Ytube on how to by pass it but this was after a dealer would clear the codes. I went further and finally managed to figure out how to completely bypass the ECU and emissions. The only things I have lost were Engine temp gauge, RPM gauge, and glow plug usage. The glow plug usage was a main issue for me so that's why I wanted the wiring diagram, but to no avail. I'm sure Ill figure it out too but it seems like LS is playing a John Deere "right to repair" crap. I tell you, last new(er) tractor I will ever buy until the Gov't gets out of regulating tractors and allows owners to fix their own.
Ive got 2015 xr4040 full set of manuals, what year is your tractor? Not sure if the 4046 was a 3 cylinder or not.

LS makes New Holland tractors, too. You might see if you can find the matching New Holland and see if New Holland will sell you a manual.

Thanks for the offer, Asteral sent me the repair manual, I went to the dealer and they gave me a flash drive but it was missing all wiring diagrams etc. So the manual from Asteral did the trick. My tractor is a 2014 XR4046 4 cylinder Shiubara Diesel, it has manual injectors but the injector pump is controlled via a solenoid and throttle levelers that are hidden by a cover. I made a bracket to hold a throttle cable and connected to the throttle lever on the injector pump, worked great, then I wired 12v from starter switch (power on when key on) to injector pump solenoid on the 12v input so that I can shut it off also had to wire to the fuel pump since the ECU was controlling that too. After that, wired from key switch "start" to starter solenoid since the ECU was preventing the tractor from running/starting. Glad I found a work around via YouTube videos but my tractor was babied and religiously maintained, it only had 680 hours when the emissions & ECU failed. I lost engine temp gauge, RPM gauge and Glow Plugs but working on the glow plugs now so I have them for winter. It is what it is I guess.

New Holland and LS are made by two separate companies.

LS is manufactured by LS Mtron in Korea.

New Holland is made by CNH industrial N.V which is head quartered in the Netherlands.
