Tried out my B3030 with 2782 snowblower today. Snowstorm wasn't too significant maybe 2-3 inches but snow was wet and heavy - the worst kind for a snowblower. Several times I had to clear chute because it was clogged. I'll have to remove hand guard from chute which just seems to act as an area where wet snow accumulates and becomes plugged. Since this was my first use for B3030 I didn't go above 2,000 RPM which also may have contributed to clogged chute. The chute rotator mechanism seemed somewhat flimsy due mainly to the long length of crank rod.

I am sure you had a bunch of fun! One thing for sure, it will work much better with more snow. Just seems to blow better when it is six inches or more. At least that is what I find with my blower. We had about a foot in my area this morning, heavy wet stuff so it was a few hours of blowing stuff around.

You're absolutely right, snowblowers work much better with a larger amount of snow.

BXBota--
Once you can run that blower at 2500RPM, you'll find it makes a world of difference. In the meantime for wet snow try spraying some non-stick cooking spray in the chute--that seems to help. That 2782 is a great blower-- I love mine in any conditions and its never let me down!!

Great pics ! I find shoving my blowers face right into a snowbank blows the snow the farthest. Under six inches.... i might as well just shovel. Well..... i DON'T shovel, i still use the blower.... its just not so efficient. I recommend you get either electric or hydraulic chute rotation though. I've got electric and it works great. You defintely will see a difference once you can rev over 2000. I usually run mine 22 - 2300. Nice tractor !! :)
