first tick bite in Southern IN

I don't ever remember having ticks as early as March 20th. Then today, 3 in of snow. just not right.

The crocuses are out here. And some trees are budding and blooming. Stink bugs have been in and out all winter. Ticks don't surprise me this early anymore.

Me neither. Spring turkey season is about a month away here and the ticks are always alive and active then.

We pulled one off our dog 3 weeks ago, and we are still 100% snow covered!
