And a high lift. Digging those size tres with a 50hp tractor will take a while.
Or rent a high lift for a week. OR.. you'd be surprised how cheap it is to pay someone to do it.
I have 70 acres. Same deal.. pasture for 100 years and not mowed in 10 probably. Also had to clear 15 acres for a lake. The high lift makes short work of trees/ roots.

I paid the guy who did the dam to clear the remaining area and it was cheap compared to a used high lift.

All I can tell you is that before you go and buy all kinds of equipment, give those goats a couple of days in that young brushy stuff. You will be utterly amazed at how fast a half dozen goats can strip the vegetation from an area. Also before you set yourself up with a roadside stand look into the state regs. on selling meat and dairy raw milks and cheeses are especially touchy subjects. I know In Illinois there are big roadblocks to doing this. there are ways around it but you need to know the laws so you can find the loopholes in them.
