I am considering buying a Kubota L3130 or a JD 4210. This will be my first tractor, but from everything I can tell, the Kubota stands above the JD.
It has more horsepower, better lifting capacity, it's heavier, and costs about $2k less. However, I cannot find a torque number to compare against the JD (~65 ft/lbs). From a diesel perspective, this seems a pretty important figure.
Also, some of the posts I have read suggest that the Kubota is slow to work (lack of torque?).
Does anyone know the torque number? Also, does anyone have any particular views of the L3130 against the JD 4210?
Thanks in advance for your time and thoughts.
