Just ordered my first tractor a BX25D with 60"mmm and 64" 3ph rear snowblower gets delivered on Sunday very pumped about it. Any tips or must haves that other BX owners recommend?
Congrats on your new tractor!! The BX is a great tractor and boy oh boy can it do work, you'll just love it. I had a BX23 TLB with the
60" mmm but I had the Front mounted snow blower, although the 3 point will certainly blow lots of snow. That BX was three tractors(Kubota's( ago and there are times I sure do miss it, best of luck and make sure you have extra shear pins for snow blower.

Welcome aboard the best little forum there is. I have a BX25. Bought 2.5 years ago and now pushing 1000 Hrs. Where I live the expense of snow removal equip is not justified and we work it year round. Mine has never seen a moth that it did not work some project. I have many implements for the 3 PT and made/making a number of adaptations and enhancements. Tips will come as you explain your reasons for having a tractor and how you use it and care for it Us that do our on mechanic work do things different than the gentleman hobby farmer w/o finance issues for example. Same with recommendations, not everyone uses theirs like I do so how you plan to use the tractor will generate recommendations for attachments.
Keep asking specific questions and use pictures to the max to get good recommendations and ideas.

Two things that come up all the time are never raise your load any higher than absolutely necessary to accomplish the task and remember that the hydro pedal is not an accelerator pedal like your car, it doesn't increase engine speed but it does. Increase tractor speed so pushing it further down actually yields less power rather than more.
Congratulations! BX25 was one of my favorite of 17 Kubotas. Read the Kubota Owners and Operators forum back a few pages with topics that address BXs and if you have time read some of the other Kubota topics that may be of interest.
Kubota M8540HDC, L5740HSTC, BX2200, BX2660, John Deere 425&1025R, Case, Massey Ferguson, Ford
Congratulations on your BX25, I don't have one, but own a BX2200 and BX2660, we have added skid plates from Bro-Tek as well as steering protectors on the BX2200 which is used rough areas, wheel spacers and adjustable stabilizer bars from Stabilworks to replace the turnbuckles.
If you really want to see some nice modifications, check out those done by 4shorts and 94BULLITT.
Congrats on the new bx25 - you will love it! I have a 2009 and it is the best investment I ever made. Get the bucket expander from bxpanded.com - I use it constantly as the stock bucket will carry a lot more weight than its volume allows. Also, definitely get the skid plate from Bro-Tek.
Also, please do let us know how the big 64 inch wide snowblower works. I only got a 51 inch wide, because I figured the BX 25 could not handle more than that. However it seems that nothing stops that thing, so maybe I could have gotten a wider one.
