Kioti CK2610 HST with FEL, Rotary Cutter, Box Blade and HLA Grapple
I am new to tractors and this forum, but I have been reading a lot. We live on 12 acres. 8 acres wooded mountain land, 2 acres flat with scrub brush and trees, plus another 2 acres for house, yard, barn and horse pasture.

I want to maintain and expand the mountain trails, clear the scrub brush, put some French drains in the wet areas, and maintain gravel drives. I want a small tractor due to some tight spots, but subcompacts lack the ground clearance.

I have a good Kioti dealer close by. Here is his offer: CK2510 with FEL, Backhoe with 12'' bucket, 48'' Root Grapple , 48'' bush hog, quick attach, remote hydraulics, 3rd function and beet juice I the tires. His final price is $27,575 plus tax.

Do you see a glaring beginner errors in my list?

Would you add or remove anything?

Does this price seem about right for this package in 2018?

If HST the 2510 only has a two-range transmission. Often known as "too low or too high". ;)

Which tires?

Seems just a tad high, but I haven't shopped for years.

Industrial tires.

I saw the low/high but didn't think that was worth an upgrade. (just a guess)

I've bought a lot of smaller machines from this place. The are not the cheapest but have the best support.

My property and task list are very similar to the OP's. I was worried about the 2-range tranny too. But box-blading, grading, digging, clearing brush, making trails and other woods-work, are all slow-speed tasks. On my terrain, tasks are safer done slowly anyhow. Low for work; high for travel. I can see how a middle range might come in handy for mowing, but I have another machine for that.

Maybe the BH explains the higher price? I got talked out of buying a backhoe here on TBN and I'm glad. I'm able to do a lot of the work I thought I needed a BH for, with my tilt blade.

Additions: A Piranha bar!, and a box-blade, as well as a regular tilt-blade. BB does a great job of grooming trails, also pops rocks from the surface and collects them. I also got a landscape rake to help collect the jillions of sticks that always need clearing on wooded property. Also, if you're going to be removing and carting trees, pallet forks. Much more useful than I ever imagined.

I requested the BH. I don't need it now, but it's 1K cheaper if bought with the tractor.

I need to get a LOT of small rocks and some sticks off the trail. Sounds line BB and rake would help me too.

Anything planned for mowing the yard around the house?

No. I just got a riding mower for that. Occasionally, the pasture must be mowed but it is rough, so the bush hog can handle that.
