Hi All,
I am new to this forum but have visited for a year now and gained a lot of good information so I thought I would give back a little.
My NH TC29DA started having problems lifting my 14LA FEL. No problems with the bucket operation or going down. I had to pull back the joystick hard to raise the FEL arms at all but they were very slow. I had just changed the HYD fluid a few months back so thought I might of added a problem there. I read a lot online but didn't find an exact solution to my tractor/FEL.
Turns out I just had to open the rubber boot of the joystick and look inside. The joystick screws into a plate that has three allen head bolts and each connect beneath the plate to the valve. The Allen head screw that raised the FEL was very loose and that was causing this problem. Tightened it up and now I am back to full FEL operation.
Hope that helps someone.
Thanks to this site for all the great information.
