One of the first things I had to do on the S373 was fix the coolant temp switch, stuck on at all times. These are simple bimetallic switches that close on rising temp and ground the lamp circuit. OEM units are no longer available.
I purchased new modern switch elements, disassembled the old unit, wired in the new switch, potted the switch element with epoxy leaving a std 1/4 tab exposed for connection. Works properly now.

In order to get the correct switch I had to purchase 10 units, have leftovers if someone wants to fix theirs. Or if you don't have the materials to do this, possibly could send your old one to me and fix it.

I do not know how many engine models use the same switch but imagine there are many.

I installed a gauge on one of mine. Want to do the other one too.
