fixing loader on allis chalmers wd45

Ok so I posted a few days ago about my 3pt on my ac wd45. I also have a loader on it that is bent. Back story on the loader was that the guy I bought it from told me a tree fell on the loader which bent there loader arm. I know that I could go buy a loader for $500-800 and modify the loader to fit. Yes I have priced loaders and even the old pipe loaders are not cheap and would need modification. I picked this loader up for $200 or so. I don't remember exact price.
I have cut 3 out of 4 sides to bent the loader back in and used a come a long and a sludge hammer. Nothing. Anything you guys can think of I can do without cutting a section out and shortening the arm

Been talking to my dad and best thing was to start cutting out the supports and twist the loader back then reweld the top support in. For cutting I used a cheapo harbor freight saw zaw

If you had a way to hook the low arm to a big tree limb and the high one to a stump and crank on it with the come along you might get somewhere, as it is you are fighting against the bracing and not working with it.

The problem with that is that there ain't no good trees around. The is a big walnut but the big branches are dead and unsafe to do that.

Could try chaining down the high side and a jack under the low side.

Sorry, that thing is toast. It's a big piece of steel and it's never going to be right. The bottom pin locations need to be almost perfect for the bucket to work properly and not wear everything out.

You have the arms, the mounts, etc... it's time to bite the bullet, pick up some tube steel and make the loader arms from scratch.

Don't have the money to do that. I'll be lucky if I can buy a bucket. Being 14and starting drivers training in April doing leave much cash to buy stuff

Anyway you can cut the front center brace and reweld it? If so, I'd pop the pin and straighten the whole arm in an arbor press, using the other side as a template.

I've cut the bottem brace completely out and there is one side left with the top brace on the arm that is bent. I'm thinking of Finish cutting the top one off and run the arm over with our 3/4 2500 duramax. Think that would work to straighten it good??
