Flat Belt Pulley

Anyone ever see or use a flat belt pulley setup on a Jinma 200 series?

My parts book has all the parts shown but it really doesn't show where it goes on the tractor. It looks like it mounts over the PTO shaft, is that correct?

I've got a couple of old grain mills with flat belt pulleys on them that I might get some use out of. My original plan was to convert them to use the PTO or a separate motor/engine. Lots of messing around with all kinds of items to get it right. Then I thought about seeing the drive in the parts book.

If it does attach over the PTO, anyone know where I can get one these days?

Ha! I just got a new catalog with an order last week but haven't had time to flip through it yet. I may have a drive pulley under a bench in the shop. Bought it many years ago because it was supposed to fit my Allis Chalmers WD. It didn't, so got shoved aside somewhere.
It could be doable with the right parts....
