The bucket on my CK 27 has a point using the curl where it acts like an old bucket truck arm when it breaks over center. It flops back and forth a couple of inches. Is there a cure for this? It acts like air in the line but I'd think by now all the air would be bled out of the cylinders.

On my JD 200CX loader, there is a rod that runs the width of the bucket and is attached with pins to each bucket holder ("foot") on the ends of the loader booms. It causes the holders to travel equally when dumping/curling (extending/retracting).

I lost a pin out of one side of the rod on mine, and it acted the way you describe.

Not sure if your design is similar, but something to check.

It's part number 12 on the attached diagram.

A prior dump with weight in the bucket is the likely cause. Not enuf fluild fed to the piston side during the dump so it isnt full/there is a void. Try the fast dump feature [hard right on the joystick] to cure this.
