Perhaps your dealer's service department can tell you the test pressures for the charge pump circuit. If they tell you it is in the 300-400 psi range, then it is likely that the charge pump is being used for the auxiliary hydraulics.
I've got a feeling that's exactly the case.
If so, that loader will never see the psi it needs to lift what it can. The gals/min flow is there, but the lack in psi might cause a pressure relief valve to open when the fel starts to go up. It's weight alone might be enough to cause that to happen once it gets to a certain height?
