Soon I want add fluid to my tires and I've read on the TBN how to add water with the tools at TSC and other places but what's the best way to add antifreeze/Rim Guard/Wind shield fluid...... in the tires? Is there an easy method or just a funnel and pour a gallon at a time?

thanks, BH

I used the same adapter that I used to put the water in. I had a hose I had cut and attached the male threaded end on the adapter and stuck a funnel in the other end and poured it as quick as it would take it. My dealer said I just need 1 gallon for my area.

I used my buddies tow behind sprayer for his lawn tractor to put Windshield Washer Fluid in my tires. I put 40 gallons in this way. Went quick. I just made up a hose to do it. I also have done it with a fitting glued into a 5 gallon buck and it hanging up high. Let gravity do the work. Oh yea, also used a bilge pump out of a boat and a hose stuck in a bucket to pump it in.

My neighbor took a 40" piece of 4" diameter Schedule 40 plastic pipe, glued a cap on one end with a connector you can put a garden hose on that will connect to the fitting on the tire. On the other end, he slid a cap on with a Schrader valve installed in it. He then fills the pipe with fluid for the tire, shoots air into the valve and pushes the fluid into the tire.

I used it an could put over a gallon of fluid in the tire in less than 5 seconds. Went pretty fast.

Will posts pics if I can locate the device tomorrow.

I bought a hand pump to pump the antifreeze into the tire with from Atwoods, but I like DiamondPilot's idea of a bilge pump. Most of them have 3/4-1" outlets and you could take a piece of garden hose to clamp on to the bilge pump outlet, screw the TSC water filler gadjet on to your hose then just pump the solution into your tire. Easy to bleed the air pressure off also.
Next time I have to fill tires, I hope I can remember this.
