fluid keep puking out the vent

I do work the tractor on Hilly Terrain, so that could cause it as well?
Yep, if you have the front of the tractor higher than the rear, this can happen.

So, It will be ok to leave it as is?
It will be fine, you will just have to clean up a little oil occasionally.

Is there a simple fix for this?
A small catch bottle like I pictured in my last post attached with a hose is about the simplest way I can think of to keep from spilling oil out the vent.

My vent relocation involved carefully placing, then drilling and tapping a new hole in the case. This can do more harm than good if not done correctly...

What has almost been said is that if the vent is not in the middle of the top of the reservoir, on a slope the vent opening inside the tank can get covered with oil. If you then operate the hydraulics, any increase in the volume of oil in the tank will push oil instead of air out of the vent. Vent relocation to top center and adding a reservoir are both good solutions.
