Fluid Question? Bush Hog ES1854 Zero turn

I have a Bush Hog ES1854 Zero turn mower with 230 hours. How do I check the level of fluid in each drive and what fluid do I use if they are low? I would also like to have a copy of a service manual. I have an owners manual but there is no info on the drives and their care. Thanks
