Is it possible to flush the final drive gear oil cavity with brake clean or diesel fuel? No oil came out of mine so it would be nice to flush out any hardened oil, etc. Also the drain and fill plugs on the left side final drive are oriented at a the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions instead of the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions. Why is this and how can this side be drained properly?
