I noticed in the CT335 operators manual that it states that foam filled tires are not approved for use on this tractor and will void your warranty. It does allow calcium filling of the tires though. I'm curious to know what the issue with foam filling is. My dealer didn't know. Does anyone have an explanation for this.

I dont know why, but I do know that if you ever had to replace that tire, getting that foam filling off would be a mother, it is tough enough on fork lift tires

Maybe the extra weight that the wheels turn will where out faster. In short
not built heavy enough.

Foam filled tires don't have the cushioning effect that air filled tires do. Even calcium or water filled tires have a 20% air pocket in them that provides adequate cushioning. I personally have run foam filled front tires on many CUT's without any noticeable change in front end component wear. It depends on the dealer and how they handle foam filled tires and warranties, typically the only way the manufacturer would know in a warranty situation is if the dealer told them.
