JD is aware of the problem. Your dealer should be able to replace the instrument panel glass with an new glass with an anti-fog coating. Note that fogging and condensation are listed as two different things by JD. Fogging is caused by dust + a little moisture. Condensation is water droplets "sweating". I installed the anti-fog kit on my 4310 and it is a stinker to get
the tilt wheel gizmo back on properly during reassembly. There are several threads on this subject. Do a search under "Instrument Panel Fogging". I've pasted a really good one posted previously by joecdeere below. Hope this helps.
