Yea I made it back home with my new trailer. Boy am I glad I got the 16'. After putting the grader blade up front, then the tractor with the 4' box blade attached, there wasn't must room left over. It towed great. I'm sure glad it has brakes cause there was 8 accidents in 5 miles on I-12 just east of Baton Rouge. The dealer told me also that steel prices are going up tomorrow which will average about $200 for a 16' trailer. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif For once I wasn't a day late & a dollar short!!! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Glad to hear you got a good deal!
I think that you will be happy that you didn't paint yourself into a corner by buying a trailer for just one purpose.
Have fun!

Wise decision. I considered a 12 foot single axle for my 1401D but elected to go with the 16 foot tandem. With the FEL and a brush hog on the back I need all 16 feet, plus the trailer will handle the load when (someday) I trade up to something a little bigger.
