Did you receive a follow-up phone call from JD after filling out your customer satisfaction survey with the purchase of a new machine?

I did. Was very surprised! Even the "small change guy" can get some attention from the "white shirt and tie" guys!

Yes also received a hat and nice winter coat. They appreciated the purchase of the 4520.Soon to have 300 hours and flat tire only problem and this was caused by a rock taking the valve stem out.
The little 125 mower for the yard also good purchase this is the 3rd year with out problems. Sure beats the other brands in gettin work done.

The owner of the dealership called me and asked if I enjoyed the tractor and had any questions... But thats it... That same dealer also calls me after any service they perform and ask if they have fixed the issue and if I have had any more. I see nothing from corporate.

LOL He did have a New Zealand accent though.

I asked him where he was from and confirmed he was born in NZ. Naturalized US citizen now; for the past 20 years.

I've had my 110 for 1 year now; this month. Around 265 hours now, and not a single problem!!! (Except for those PITA hydraulic connectors.)

Forgot to ask for a cap...

You got a coat was that from your dealer or JD?

Kennyd Receiced a card from J.Deere that to receive a coat fill in the information and take to dealer thay would stamp it and a coat would be sent. Made by tri-mountain looks like a CARHART. Used all winter and still looks good. Hat has many hours on it and still wears good.
