After changing my starter solenoid and ignition switch trying to figure out why I couldn't start my tractor ( Mahindra 485DI). I finally found the culprit.
A wire was broken internally. It was the wire from the solenoid to the switch.
I put in a new wire and it fired right up.
Maybe this help someone. Figuring it out sure frustrated me......
