Foot throttle on the L4200,..do you use yours.

On my 1996, I can only get the foot throttle up to 2000 rpm's,
then i have to switch to the arm lever.
Has anybody modified theirs to bring up the rpm's.
I'd like to just be able to use the foot throttle,
it would be one less "lever" to use.
Is this possible, or am I missing something here.

Foot throttle should give you the same range as the hand lever.

I don't know but on my grandfathers 1998 l4200 I can get it up to atleast 540 I'm pretty sure... I think if you look underneath the foot throttle you will find an adjustment screw try tightening it for more throttle, yes since the tractor is fully synchronized clutch with a loader I do use the foot throttle a lot hope this helps
