Does your hydraulic fluid extension tube stick out so far that you can't open your back glass? My glass lacks about a half inch to clear the hydraulic fluid cap sticking out of the extension tube. My dealer says this is the only extension tube offered and is willing to cut the extension tube down and re-weld it so that it is lower. Any others with this experience?

Thanks,
Chad

I have no such "hydraulic fluid extension tube". At least nothing that I recognize by the name. Might you be able to post a photo?

Shortrow, in that picture the yellow hydraulic fill cap is below the level of the back glass and SMV sign. On mine it sticks up about 2 more inches and I can't open the window. I just know that they ordered the wrong part but they say they can't find any other extension tubes. I'll try to post a picture when I get home. Thanks.

I took my tractor to my dealer on Friday. They didn't have to cut down the existing tube, but they did have to rotate the tube to get the proper clearance for the rear cab window. All is well now!
