I had my cylinder head rebuild on my 1210 (machining was 150US and the parts were 500... )
The tractor didn't start at fist and after reading the forum I adjusted the valves.
Now the tractor starts after warming up the glow plugs a long time.
Once started, I get a lot of white smoke and then the engine runs great with no smoke at all.
My guess is that some of the glow plugs are not working great???
When I build my cylinder head, the glow plugs touched the injector prechamber (or nozzle), is this normal? There is no information in the repair manual regarding that step.
The prechamber seems to have nothing locking it in place either.
Can anyone shed some light on how the prechamber is held in place or how far the glow plug have to go inside the cylinder head?
