Ford 1215 Drive shaft oil seal missing!!

I picked up a 94 Ford 1215, runs great, but spews tractor fluid out around the drive shaft. I took a look and it appears the oil seal is completely missing.... I can see the bearing. What is the process of replacing this?

Do I have to split the tractor to replace the seal that is obviously missing?
