ford 1220 with some issues

hey guys im new to this...a friend of my dad's brought me this ford 1220 with some issue's and i could use some help...they left the fuel cap over the winter and then ran it like that...replaced injector's still has a miss to it..thinking they might have smoked the injector pump. 2nd issue is it has a woods 1006 loader attachment on it that only goes up half way and has no balls...im thinkin the directional control valve is spanked from sitting uncovered all winter..machine has no leaks, and the fluid level is good..i dont wanna throw a ton of money at this thing...

My tractor is outside and uncovered all the time so that is not the issue. Have you changed fuel filter yet? Cap off would invite water in fuel. On the hydraulics sounds like volume or pressure, look for restricted filter or intake screen and check relief valve.
