Ford 1220 won't move

I have a 1992 Ford 1220 HST. I was blowing snow and the wheels were spinning on ice when it quit spinning and no forward or reverse after that. I have a shop manual that said it may be a plugged hydraulic filter, So I changed the filters and fluid( semi-synthetic fluid). Still nothing! Checked the charge pump pressure(75 psi.) Hydraulic(HST) pump pressure is only 200 psi. Any Help would be appreciated!

I'd be lookin fer the relief valve and see where the oil is going if the hst pump is not building correct pressure. ( is it warm with no ice in the sump? )

I am thinking the Relief valve myself. I was using it when it quit working,So I don't think there was ice in it. Although the oil was milky looking when I drained it. Also I went to add a little to be sure it wasn't low and the filler cap had popped out, Making me think there was alot of pressure in the sump. The FEL,3ph and pto work fine.

I've seen more than a couple 1220's with broken hydro linkages. They fail inside the case, and require a split to repair & adjust. Does the hydro pedal feel wonky (technical term)? It needs an oil and filter change regardless.

The Hydro pedal feels normal and I just changed the filters and fluid. When I test for pressure something is making a loud noise inside the transmission, sounds like fluid rushing through an open valve is my guess, but not sure.

I had this happen to my backhoe. It was very cold, the hoe worked for a bit, then quit. After a bit of furious work by myself trying to find the problem, it warmed up and the problem disappeared. The relief valve had poped open, then when oil warmed, it poped back. This maybe what your situation is now.
