Ford 1300 electrical problem

Well, I can blame no one but myself. I installed a 6 volt battery in a 12 volt system. The 1300 started and ran till the job was done. Shut it off and it would barley turn over. Took the battery back to the store after realizing the incorrect purchase. Installed a proper fully charged 12 volt battery and absolutely nothing works. What parts did I possibly ruin?
