Once warmed-up tractor powers out (any gear and/or throttle speed) - can't even go up to full throttle in neutral and will likewise power out, just lifting empty front bucket. If left just idling for some time, it may clear up temporarily but comes back. Kind of sounds like a fuel starvation problem but already replaced fuel filter. Is it possible that #9846407 hydraulic oil filter could be plugging up? New filter but was since parked under Palo Verde tree that was in full bloom with tiny yellow flower peddles and some may have blown into the hydro oil filler hole behind the seat when I had plug off?r is that far-fetched? BTW, if I just want to replace the hydro filter, do I need to first drain out about half of the oil?
