I have the same issue for my 1980 Ford 1700 2WD - can't find rims to fit, tried salvage places, none to be found.
Apparently an odd size pilot hole (3.125" diameter) and 6 lug pattern (4.6875" diameter).
Mine is rusted out and deformed around the valve, innertube expanded hitting the jagged edge.
A neighbor tried to repair, removed the center hoping to weld to a good donor rim, ended up destroying the rim in the process and unable to build the Frankenstein rim with donor.
Has anyone experimented with adapting other rims or find an alternative / suitable d
Did you guys ever find a replacement and if not, what did you end up doing? I wonder if the hub could be changed to something that will fit modern wheel sizes?I have the same issue for my 1980 Ford 1700 2WD - can't find rims to fit, tried salvage places, none to be found.
