I have searched and read and read and read, and cant get this figured out. I have an older Ford 1700 that I'm buliding a grapple for the 3PH. I have the grapple cylinder plumbed into a CC single spool control valve (tried OC, but 3PH and FEL wouldnt work) that is connected via QD on Ts on the FELs going into the relief valve/tranny block. I've attached a pic of the original QDs on the T's on the FEL lines, they were there when I bought the tractor 16 yrs ago.
Problem is, seems the return is not working on the grapple cylinder. I get pressure to it ok, but the return doesnt seem to work as it wont close. If I disconnect the FEL from the system, the grapple works ok, but the 3PH wont go up unless pressure is applied to the grapple cylinder. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
I know I can get the grapple to work if I hook it up to the FEL curl control, but I'm trying to get away from running hoses everywhere, and would like to have the FEL working when I needed it. I believe I need a "real" remote, not sure how, or even if I can get one for this model.
Thanks for the help/suggestions,
Greg
