Ford 1710 leaking antifreeze and knocking

I have a ford 1710 that over heated and is leaking antifreeze behind the fuel injection pump. Is there a freeze out plug behind the pump? It is also knocking. Changed the oil and filter and found no metal, antifreeze , etc.. in the oil. No oil leaking anywhere, just the antifreeze. Could the knocking be a valve, piston, etc..?

Probably blown head gasket.
