I had taken my loader bucket off for the winter to attach my front mount snow blower. Upon reattaching the loader bucket at the beginning of spring. I cannot get the one return line to work. All of the detentes open in both ends of the coupling, but when I remove the male connector it does not squirt fluid out like it has enough pressure. What could be my problem and how do I go about fixing it? Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a diverter valve that needs to set to allow oil flow to the loader?

You may want to post this question in the New Holland Owning/Operating forum. Someone more familiar with the 1720 may have answer for you there.
