Ford 1720 spindle and steering arm sloppy

New me to Ford 1720 ford, the RH steering arm and spindle splines have been used loose and it is extremely sloppy, front tire has a lot of play, any trick to tightning these up or do I need to replace, any place where these parts can be obtained economically.

Probably should be replaced, but if money is real tight, you could cut up PEX tubing and use it like shims. Its worked for me several times.

I cleaned the split where the bolt runs thru and 2 good wrenches and cheater pipe I tightned it enough to take all the play out, I am surprised I didn't wring the bolt off with as much torque as I put on it.
