Ford 1900 3-point hitch release presseure

Nothing has ever been done to the hydraulic system on my tractor since new, and I am now experiencing a problem when I go to lower the 3-point hitch. When I do this, the release pressure moves to positive pressure in the rams for the loader bucket. How can this happen?

There is a descent knob under your seat.

It lets the fluid flow through an orifice to tank.

Remove the rod spring and seat and clean out the descent passage.

If your 3pt is in neutral, does the loader arms still move.
