Ok my hydraulics were working fine during warm weather now they dont want to work. I got tractor in garage and warmed up garage to like 80 degrees and still wouldnt work. I put a jack under the bucket and had my son pull the control for up as i was jacking and it started to work. Moved snow put back in garage and just went out to use it and they wont work again...used jack again and they started to work. Any ideas of what is causing it to not work after its sat for awhile or could there just be some moister in the fluid and its making the pump freeze up alittle?

When the hyd oil is hot drain some out and see if there is any water in it...

I pulled the dipstick and it has bubbles and is alittle white looking so im betting there is a tiny bit of water

I think your do for a hyd oil and filter change....Maybe a couple of times....

If its white that means it probably has water in it. Water can cause foam but so can air. Maybe a suction line leak or pump going.

Either way you need an oil change and filter. Buy you need to find out where the water is getting in or you are wasting money.

Water seeps in from the dipstick area plastic was broke i used plastic putty thats like jb weld to fix it but isnt a good seal..cant find a replacement for it so guess ill have to make some kind of seal to go on it also. Pump does seem alittle weak to me but never owned a tractor before but in summer it takes forever to dump the bucket. Also ive changed fluid twice since i got it and had to replace the washable filter due to other owners trying to pull it off and breaking it
