Anyone out there have an idea of where I can find a front wheel for a Ford 1900 or 1910 4WD tractor. I am not sure if other models are the same size and I left the wheel at home when I came to work this morning so I cant get the measurements off the tire.

My 1910 4WD has 6.00 X 16 R1's on the front.

I'm sure a dealer could get one but it would probably be $$$.

I never see CUT's at the tractor junkyards. I don't know where they go to die. EBAY or Craigs is all I can think of.

Since this is the first thread I found after happening onto this site that talks about the Ford 1900, maybe someone can help me. We have a Ford 1900 4WD tractor that the tractor place pretty much ruined while fixing something else. Not cool to let it sit there without putting oil in it!! Of course, they don't accept any responsibility. Now it smokes and needs some expensive work on it we can't afford. Starting with the small stuff though (since we bought it used and don't have a manual), where is the thermostat on this model? I think it needs to be replaced, but so far I can't find it. Any advice?

Sorry for your bad fortune. Why do you think you have problem with your t-stat?.

Follow upper radiator hose to the engine block. Where the hose is attached you'll see a housing. T-stat is there, make sure you buy replacement gasket and pay attention to T-stat orientation (direction of flow) when you install the new one. The picture below is for 1700 and not your tractor, but it's pretty similar.

I'm forever baffled by folks who buy a used tractor and think it's impossible, immoral or illegal to buy an operator's manual for it.

Well put:D:D , I bought my cheesy IT manual for $17 and for sure saved my skin on many occasions:)

Well if it ran for very long without oil in it, a thermostat will be the least of your problems. TB

I have a 1900 and if I guess right he's wondering why the dang thing gets so hot all the time. Mine does it too. Under a load it seems these things just run hot. When it's sitting there just idleing it will drop the temps way down but put some load on it and run it to the 540 mark and it just heats right up there to 190 easy.
