I did not find that hose,, either,
but, you could take the hose you have to an auto parts store, and match up a radiator hose that is similar.
That has been done MANY times,,
Also, various silicone hoses are sold at a VERY low cost on eBay,, buy a couple that are similar and make it fit.
Clamp 2 or 3 together with steel tube as connectors, and you will have your hose.

I used a radiator hose when the air intake of my Mitsubishi failed. I purchased an L shaped hose which didn't quite line up so I altered the air cleaner mount.

You can go to dealer parts. They can search other dealers to see if the other dealer has one in house. They can ship it.
