Ford 1910
I have a Ford 1910 with 13.6 x 24 Ag tires. I'd like to get something a little more friendly to the lawn, but not so bad it's worthless in the snow. Something in between an aggressive ag vs. softest turf tire. And, what would I shop for if I wanted to use the same rims that I have now. Is it safe to assume that as long as it's 24" it will fit? Is the 13.6 the width of the tire, and the 24 is the rims size?

Yup!
13.6 tire width, 24" rim diameter.

Us Ford 1X10 owners have two choices, either R1 or R3, which are 2 differenent rims. The best and most costly option for you would be to get the R3 tires and rims, and tire chains for the snow.
