Ford 1920 Fornt wheel lugs

good morning folks,
I have searched and searched and have a service manual on order, but I currently have both front wheels off my Ford 1920 4WD (replacing tires) and need to know the proper torque specs.
any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

From the factory manual: 116 - 142 lbs.ft. (157 - 192 Nm). Not sure if lbs/ft is the same as ft/lbs.
