Ford 2110 LCG Power Steering Problem

We have a 1973 F2110 LCG. We keep loosing power steering fluid but there are no leaks showing any where. Looks like crankcase level is increasing. At first it would take all day to lose enough oil to cause the loss of steering , now it's about a half hour. The pump front seal is still available but the bearing is not and it's probably the original pump. So I started looking for a replacement pump. The pump new is listed for $1055.00 (E6NN3K514DA) I have found a few after market pumps but they all have different pressures 650psi 850psi and 1100 psi. Which one do I need to use? Yesterday's tractor has one they say can be used for all three just reset the relief valve. Ford 2000 Power Steering Pump - E6NN3K514EA Does anyone know how to do this? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

You will need a pressure gauge adapted to the output port of the pump to start. The pump reservoir is removed and shims (#16) are added or removed to change the pressure. (I have some shims if needed).
You are most likely correct that the bearings are bad, but you might get away with swapping them front to back and replacing the seals, but the shaft is most likely worn along with the seals causing the leak. You can install a Speedi-sleeve to correct the shaft wear and get a seal kit (DHPN3A674B) to solve the problem.

Am I correct that the pressure should be 650 psi for this 1973 F2110 and if the new pump is set at 1100 psi I should have to remove shims to reduce the pressure?

What rpm should I take pressure readings at and where is the best place to tap into get readings
