My 1986 Ford 2110 has just over 1100hrs and has an odd vibration that I can feel in the seat. It seems to pulse a bit and it is noticeable both with the PTO engaged and without it. The vibration reminds me of the dryer on spin cycle. Maybe the vibration is normal for this type of tractor. I've only owned it for the last 100hrs and everything works on the tractor. I baled 3000 square bales with it this year and no problems. I was told that there was no advantage to taking it apart unless it breaks.
My only concern is that I might be doing more damage. If it is a simple fix I would attempt but didn't want to have to split the tractor in two if not necessary. Any idea if vibration / pulsation is common on this model?
