I just came across a Ford 2110 Diesel 4x4, 2400 hours, FEL, pull behind mower. Turf tires, at least one flat. hasn't been run in three years, sitting outside. Guy is asking $2500, and doesn't have pics- it is 30 minutes from me. Thoughts? He didn't know if the motor would spin or not, said he didn't want to try without new filters. Can this motor be turned by hand to check for lockup?
