Ford 2600 Leaking Fluid out of the top of the power steering shaft

My 1976 Ford 2600 diesel is leaking hydraulic fluid out of the steering shaft just below the steering wheel. Does anyone know what the fix is and how involved is it?

No, but I sold the tractor. The gentleman that bought it said he had a mechanic that could fix it. Thanks for your concern.
