Ford 2810, 2910, 3910 or 4610 w/Cab & A/C Question

I'm gathering parts for Cab Air Conditioning and wondering if anyone has one of the above tractors or has experience with the A/C setup. I need to know where the compressor is mounted and how/where the lines are routed to the rear. I couldn't find anything on the AC in the parts books. Were all the AC units installed by the dealer as an after market add-on?
