Ford 3630 Starting Problems

I have a diesel Ford 3630 that will not start. I checked the fuel at the fuel pump (bleeding) and checked the air cleaner for pluggage. Both seem OK.
Any suggestions??

Loosen the fuel lines at the injectors and crank the engine. See if you have a good flow of fuel on all lines. If not, there is air in the line. Continue cranking until you get a flow, tighten the lines and the engine should start (if air was the issue).

there is a electric kill solenoid on the injection pump take it out and there will be ablack plunger and spring remove them and see if it will start if it does u will have to kill it by putting it in high gear and old the brakes but that is what is most likely wrong with it

I sprayed Ether in to the air intake and got an attempt to fire. I tried to get to the injectors but the battery tray will not swing out of the way ( hits front dumper brace). I tried to remove the tray but the hing pin will not drop out of the bracket. Any suggestions before I start cutting the tray out?

I would start with simpler things than the injectors. 1st did you try what whodat526 explained? 2nd would be check for plugged fuel filter. I have seen several times in the past few years where tractor seemed to run fine, then not start and it was a bad fuel filter. I don't know if it was dumb luck or the newer fuels, but seems they don't last as long as they use to.

I put on a new fuel filter. I disconnected the fuel line between the tank and filter. No flow. I pulled the line apart and found the line plugged. I cleaned out the line but noticed low flow from the tank. Is there something I can add to the tank to clean it out?
