I'm looking at a used ford 3910. One thing I noticed is that the clutch pedal engages in a pretty high position right before full up. Is this a sign of a lot of clutch wear or is that when it engages quickly coming from bottom up?

G'day if the pedal has free travel and it engages close to the top then that is a worn plate, sometimes not an issue as I have seen clutches that engage near the top last like that for years just depends on how you treat them.

Ok thanks. Seems to work fine so won't worry about it.
