Ford 4000.......where to hook up hydraulics for backhoe attachment

Just got a backhoe attachment (M.F. 220) that I am going to convert to a 3 point hitch........looks like an easy conversion.

My tractor is a Ford 4000 Industrial?....with a large pump mounted to the front of the frame

Where do I get the hydraulic feed and return in the rear of the tractor?

Or do I have to tap into the metal tube feeding the loader?

I do have a lever under the seat with a hose doing nothing but I have to move the lever in order for it to feed the hose.

Will try to upload pics of the hydraulic lever.

Also what is the blue knob in the first pic for?
